Sixth Monday 10-20

This is late, I dont have internet at the house.

This workout was done on Saturday with the company of Robert B.

1. 5x8 Tire Flips-Rest while other is flipping
2. 3x10 Over Head Sledge-Hammers-Rest while other is swinging
3a. 3x20 Push-Ups
3b. 3x10 Jumping Lunges-Rest 60s after completing superset
4. 3x7 Pull-Ups-Rest 60s
