5x8 Tire Flips-60s rest
3x25 Push-Ups
3x10 Jumping Lunges-Superset 60s rest
3x6 Pull-ups 30s rest
It hurts to extend my leg, and since the quads are the prime mover for extending the leg, they are what are hurting.
Damn.
