Workout for Friday11-7
All exercises done with the help of Karl L. and Jon R.
"Asylum Workout"
Perform each exercise for 2min straight then rest for 1.5min and move
to the next station

Tire Flips
Hammers-8lbs
24" Box Jumps
Push-Ups
Stair Pull-Ups
Body-Weight Squats

Then Ab Circuit

All exercises completed with the help of Karl L.
(except for the pull-ups and box-jumps due to lack of willpower, aka injury)
Rest is waiting for the other to finish there exercise
